Return Window

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email and provide:

Clear photos (required if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect)
Return instructions and the designated return address will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Detail Lane is not responsible for lost return shipments.
